BUILDING SECURITY
CENTRAL CHURCH APARTMENTS is a secure building with 24 hour onsite security personel. The entry doors of the building remain locked to the public. Residents can allow visitor access from the comfort of their homes through their landline phone.
Guests are required to sign in when entering the building.
All apartments are equiped with smoke detector(s) and the building is protected by a recently updated fire alarm system wired directly to a local monitoring station.
The exterior of the building and interior common areas are monitored by motion activated cameras. There is also lighted parking areas and lighted entries on 3 sides of the building.
In addition, all applicants and staff members are screened through criminal background and sex offender checks to ensure the safety of our residents and their guests.
Although we are an independent living community,residents are checked on every day by a Tag Check System to ensure they are ok. Every apartment is equipped with an Emergency Call System which alerts staff to resident in need of assistance.
