CENTRAL CHURCH APARTMENTS offers affordable living for individuals 62 years of age or older. Applicants must meet the income limits set by HUD. Rent is based on 30% of the gross income after medical expenses.
 
 
No Electric,Water, or Gas Bills to Pay!!
 
All utilities are included except cable and phone.Individually controlled heating and air conditioning units are in each apartment. All of these units have been updated since 2006.
 
 
Efficiency and One Bedroom Apartments!!
 
Residents furnish their apartments to their own desires. All apartments have an electric range,oven,and frost free refridgerator.Every apartment is carpeted,has sprinklers,and has smoke detector(s). We have 18 EFFICIENCY apartments and 52 ONE BEDROOM apartments.
 
 
Scheduled Transportation!!
 
COMMUNITY ACTION provides transportation twice weekly to local grocery stores such as Kroger,Wal-Mart,and Save-A-Lot.
 
 
 ONSITE LAUNDRY !!
 
Each of the 6 floors have their own coin operated washers and dryers. There is also a bill changing machine in the building.
 
 
RESIDENT ACTIVITIES !!
 
Each month residents will receive a NEWS LETTER and calander outlining any activities scheduled for the month. There is also a video presentation that runs 24 hours a day in our lobby. Residennts with internet access can view the presentation in their apartments.
 
 
MONTHLY PEST MAINTENANCE !!
 
In an effort to make you home more carefree, we keep a regular schedule with a pest control company for maintenance so your home remains bug free.

 CENTRAL CHRISTIAN CHURCH APARTMENTS OPENED IN OCTOBER OF 1986. THE PROPERTY WAS FUNDED UNDER THE SECTION 202 HOUSING PROGRAM AND HAS BEEN REFINANCED UNDER THE 223f PROGRAM THROUGH THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (HUD). THE PROPERTY IS SPONSERED BY CENTRAL CHRISTIAN CHURCH.
