A. Currently, single applicants must have a GROSS annual income of $23,350.00 or less.
Two applicants must have a GROSS annual income of $26,650.00 or less.
These figures change annually. You can check the HUD website for updates to the current income limit.
A. You can either request an application by phone, email, or by stopping by our office between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday.

Whichever method you use, make sure and return all required pages.
A. We love our residents and actively seek out seniors who would like to live here with us.
We have a Resident Selection policy that everyone must meet to qualify. Don't worry though, it's really not that hard. If you'd like to look it over, just select the link below and you can.
A. Yes. You will need to supply a State or Federal PICTURE ID, SOCIAL SECURITY CARD, AND A BIRTH CERTIFICATE. You can send the copies with your application by mail or we can copy them here for you.

While we can't give you a specific waiting period, please know that at times it moves slowly and sometimes very quickly.
You can call at any time to see where you are on the list.
Once an applicant has moved to the top of the list they will be contacted from the information given to us in the application.
If for some reason you can't take the available unit we are offering, you can pass on the unit. After you turn down a unit offer 3 times you will be dropped from the list and required to reapply.
