Property Location

  All apartments are equipped with smoke detectors and the building is protected by an updated fire alarm system that is wired directly to a local monitoring station. The alarm system and sprinkler systems are inspected and maintained quarterly by licensed professionals.  The system is monitored 24 hours a day.    

 The exterior of the building and interior common areas are monitored by 38 motion activated cameras.  Those cameras can be view by the office staff and courtesy staff at any time.

We offer lighted off-street parking areas for residents and their guest.  There are lighted entries on 2 sides of the building. The parking areas remain lit during the evening, night, and early morning hours.   

  All applicants and staff members are screened through national criminal background and sex offender checks to ensure the safety of our residents and their guests. Sex offender screenings are rerun each year at re-certification time. Central Church Apartments has a zero-tolerance policy concerning criminal drug activity on or near the property.   

  Although we have no medical staff on duty at any time, residents are checked on once every day by a Tag Check System to ensure they are doing okay. If a resident doesn't turn their tag and can't be reached by phone or answering the door, we will enter to make sure the resident isn't in distress. Every apartment is equipped with an Emergency Call System which alerts staff to resident in need of assistance. Someone on staff can then alert first responders that are needed.
